Born in the ’50 inspiring from the classic dance shoes, the ballet flats have become one of the most loved and desired model for women. Very elegant and extremely confortable at the same time, they are the save outfit from generations. Famous thanks to icons like Brigitte Bardot, Audrey Hepburn and Jacqueline Kennedy, they are a vintage model which has had various revivals, but practically timeless. From the classic black to the bicolour invented by Chanel; from the round end to the square end; in leather, varnished or in satin; patterned; sometimes embellished by bows, studs, jewrely, clasps, flowers; decorated by laces; in pastel colours….their versatility is incomparable!
Among the Spring/Summer 2016 must haves we find the toe ballet flats. The most glamour are those decorated with laces and with trendy pastel colours, the blue and pink one, in the classic black or in the metal versions. Perfects for macthing with skinny jeans, leggins, skirts under the knee or shorts.
Extremamely particular are the ballet flats proposed by Prada: open toe or, embellished by a silver sphere, bicolour and laces around the ankles, with pastel colours( yellow and pink) or intense red. For not being unnoticed!
These are certainly my favourite. And you, Which you can not stop desiring? Which oufit you match? Do you like them or do you prefer other type of shoes?
